A 501(c)(6) trade association with declining member companies needed to develop their next three-year strategic plan. Member companies range from small 2-3 truck operations to multi-site companies with over 1,000+ employees, requiring a planning process that serves diverse stakeholder needs.

Led a collaborative strategic planning process incorporating internal and external stakeholder input.
